WWE Backlash was LIVE! from St. Louis, the hometown of the challenger for the WWE Championship, Randy Orton. Let's Talk About It. 

Jacob Fatu was all gas, no breaks wit it, yadadamean? The Samoan Werewolf just won the United States Championship at WrestleMania 41, so he wasn't going to lose the title in his first defence. This Fatal Four was awesome. 

Free Agent, Jeff Cobb made his WWE Debut during this match, Jacob wasn't happy to see him. 

It was announced the Night of Champions will take place on Saturday June 28, from Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.

Shoutout to Lyra and Becky, this was a class contest for the Women's Intercontinental Championship, perhaps the best in history of said title. Becky tried every shortcut to win, but it was Lyra that was victorious. 

Dominik vs Penta had the true potential to be the match of the night, it's unfortunate that we saw shenanigans from Judgement Day and El Grande Americano which led to Dominiks win and Penta's loss. 

Despite the loss, respect to Pat for a great performance against Gunther, Michael Cole getting involved added to the drama. It was cool to see Gunther show respect to his opponent as well, before leaving the ring. 

Cena vs Orton was billed as "One Last Time" but was it though? the main event was very entertaining because of the chaos, Orton might have to pay Nick Aldis another fine because of the multiple RKO's to the SmackDown GM and the officials.

R-Truth got involved during the chaos but was instantly hit with an RKO.  

Cena's first defence as WWE Champion was successful, as expected. Due to the events which took place during the post Backlash press conference, it appears we could see Cena vs R-Truth for the WWE Championship at Saturday Night's Main Event on May 24th.
