Let's Talk About | NXT Halloween Havoc

 
On Sunday Night (Monday Morning here in the U.K) NXT Halloween Havoc was LIVE! from The Giant Center from Hershey Pennsylvania, let's talk about it. 

Tony D'Angelo & Oba Femi skipped the introductions and started fighting each other right away, we saw Tables, Ladders & Chairs involved here, as well as the D'Angelo Family, who helped Tony win and remain the North American Champion. 

Stephanie Vaquer & Giulia won their tag match against Cora Jade & NXT Women's Champion Roxanne Perez, we saw the appearance of Zaria (aka Delta) there wasn't much to talk about here in all honesty, you can also say the same thing about the Ambulance Match between Ridge Holland & Andre Chase, no disrespect. 

Congratulations to Fallon Henley for winning the NXT Women's North American Championship from Kelani Jordan in a Gauntlet Match, Kelani pinned Jazmyn Nyx & Jacy Jayne but couldn't overcome the third obstacle. Zaria once again made an appearance, this time in the ring, whilst the Fatal Influence members were celebrating. 

Trick Williams defeated Ethan Page to successfully defend the NXT Championship in a Devil's Playground Match, Ridge Holland attacked Trick afterwards, Ethan Page joined him until Bubba Ray Dudley ran in to make the save, we could be looking at a tag team match on November 6th on NXT TV, we will wait and see of course. 

In all honesty, Halloween Havoc was an okay PLE, it wasn't spectacular, looking forward to what happens next on NXT, starting tonight.

Let's Talk About | Bad Blood

Bad Blood was LIVE! from Atlanta, Georgia, it was set to be a memorable show, Naomi, Bianca & Jade were the hosts for the night, there were numerous Hall of Famers in attendance, we will talk more about this later. 

Shoutout to CM Punk & Drew McIntyre, this was a fantastic Hell In A Cell Match, they gave a great performance in the ring, for the fans in attendance and watching at home, the visual of both Punk & McIntyre bleeding was awesome, the perfect payoff to this story, which ended, for now, with CM Punk being victorious. 

Nia Jax successfully defended her Women's Championship against Bayley, they have great chemistry in the ring, to be honest the crowd was just waiting for Tiffany to cash in the briefcase, which happened whilst the referee was down, Nia eventually hit the Samoan Drop on Bayley from the top rope followed by the Annihilator for the win, we are now seeing more tension between Nia and Tiffany, lets see what happens next. 

Finn Balor vs Damian Priest is another scenario of when team mates turn into fierce rivals, the crowd responded well to this physical fight and were in favour of Damian, Judgment Day members Carlito and JD causing a distraction was expected, the match pace picked up from here, Priest went on to hit the South of Heaven Chokeslam for the win.

Triple H made an historic announcement, new Men's and Women's Crown Jewel champions will be crowned next month, Gunther interrupted the segment and noticed Hall of Famer Goldberg. who was sitting with his family at ringside, this could be a tease for a match at Crown Jewel. Sami attacked Gunther ahead of their match on WWE RAW, for the World Heavyweight Championship, are we going to see a NEW World Heavyweight Champion thanks to Goldberg? it is definitely an interesting thought. 

The Co Main Event of the night was Liv vs Rhea, for the Women's World Championship, the stipulation was Dominik was going to locked in the raised shark cage, he unlocked the cage and fell out of it in comedic fashion and left was hanging, we heard via the ref cam, Rhea was gonna handle unfinished business and strike Dom with Kendo Stick shots, she was attacked by a returning Raquel Rodriguez, Rhea thought Liv had no one to help her, she was wrong.

Before the main event match began, Solo and Jacob walked out first to the ring, Cody and Roman were introduced by bands, we saw a preview of future matches, Jacob versus Roman and Cody versus Jacob, at one point during the match Jacob crashed through the barricade and recovered quickly until Cody hit the splash on him, sending them both crashing through the announce table, Tama Tonga & Tonga Loa distracted Reigns and Solo hit him with a spear with a close near fall. 

A masked individual superkicked the GOD at ringside, it was JIMMY USO! Roman hit Solo with the spear for the win. They embraced in the ring, Rhodes and Reigns showed respect to each other, for now, Reigns and Jimmy then helped Cody fight off the Bloodline 2.0, Reigns handed Rhodes the title and then we heard the iconic words:

IF YA SMELL WHAT THE ROCK IS COOKIN!

The Final Boss, The Rock stood in the entrance way looking at the ring raising 3 fingers, signalling Cody, Jimmy and Roman are future targets, The Peoples Champion revealing he is The Tribal Chief is going to be a great moment, likewise if/when Jacob turns against Solo.

Let's Talk About | NXT on CW

HBK Shawn Michaels kicked off the Premiere episode of NXT on the CW Network from Chicago, he unveiled the new NXT Championships and was joined in the ring by Triple H, which led to the first match of the night, Roxanne vs Giulia for the NXT Women's Championship.

After a fantastic back and forth contest, Roxanne hit Pop Rox for the win to remain Champion, a returning Cora Jade attacked Giulia whilst the referee was distracted. 

Wes Lee avenged his loss from his previous match against former MSK/Rascalz team mate, Zachary Wentz, from TNA Wrestling, in a street fight. 

There was a Miz TV segment, the guests were Oba Femi (who got a great reaction from the crowd) and Tony D'Angelo, they will fight each other next week, for the NXT North American Championship, we might see a new Champion crowned. 

Jaida Parker & Lola Vice failed to put their differences aside and were defeated by Fatal Attraction members, Fallon Henley and Jacy Jayne.

Fatal Attraction challenged Kelani Jordan, who expected to be called out, she said she didn't travel to Chicago alone. 

Jade Cargill and Bianca Belair were Kelani's back up plan, the Women's Tag Team Champions and North American Champion stood tall in the ring, this was a great moment, there will be a six woman tag team match next week. 

Chicago's own, CM Punk, was the special guest referee in the main event for the NXT Championship, during the match we almost saw a repeat of events in Toronto, Trick hit his move and Page fell on hlm for a near fall, Page hit a GTS whilst Punk stood there, Trick hit the Trick Shot for the win to become NXT Champion for the second time. Punk raised Trick's hand in victory and then hit Page with a GTS to close out the show.
