This year's edition of the Royal Rumble took place from Riyadh, Saudi Arabia on Saturday evening, let's talk about it.

The show began with the Women's Royal Rumble, here is a reminder of the list of participants:

Charlotte and Alexa starting the match was an interesting one, their days as a team are numbered, considering Charlotte eliminated Alexa, it was cool to see Natalya finally introduce her Nattie persona, Lash Legend put on an impressive performance. 

Shout out to all thirty women that were involved in the match, it's a damn shame the crowd were so quiet, it's disrespectful of them to be honest.

Congratulations to Liv for finally winning the Rumble after being a two time runner up, she could be facing Raquel for the Women's World Championship if Raquel wins it from Stephanie Vaquer.   

Gunther (aka The Career Killer) has now added AJ Styles to the list of names he has retired alongside Goldberg and John Cena. AJ Styles' WWE career is over, we stand by what we said on here previously which was AJ going to AEW, we predicted this before any popular wrestling journalist and channel, no disrespect to our fellow content creators by the way.

Drew McIntyre's first defence of his WWE Championship was a successful one against Sami Zayn, Sami is our favourite to win the next Rumble considering WrestleMania is in Saudi Arabia next year.

The Ruler of NXT and soon to be the Ruler of WWE: Oba Femi was entrant number one, entrant number two Bron Breakker was attacked by a masked man, which sparked speculation online, we have four names/suspects.

General Manager Adam Pearce - Because of his recent arguments and segments with The Vision and Paul Heyman.

Seth Rollins - Was taken out by The Vision, he will be looking to get some revenge on his former group.

Finn Balor - A name touted by many to turn face, would he want to leave the Judgment Day for another group? we're not sure about that. 

Jake Paul - We tweeted late last year that Jake could be a masked man, we standby this choice.

Austin Theory is probably going to "swerve" everyone and be revealed as a "mole" in The Vision, a plan well executed by Seth.

The man formerly known as Powerhouse Hobbs: Royce Keys made his debut, Cody getting eliminted by Drew sets up the WWE Championship match between them, either at Elimination Chamber or WrestleMania. 

Roman throwing Jey over the top rope was interesting, this further continues the Bloodline Story for another inning, The OTC lastly eliminated Gunther to win his second Rumble as expected. shout out to every participant in this main event.

The Road to WrestleMania 42 has officially begun.

Let's Talk About | The Contenders To Win The 2026 Royal Rumble Matches | Redesign Rebuild Reclaim | Could Sami Zayn Win The Rumble?

The 2026 Royal Rumble is just around the corner, there is a lot of talk about surprises, debuts and returns during the greatest match stipulation in wrestling. 

We have picked 4 contenders to win the respective matches, word to Trick Williams, let's talk about it. 

The Women's Royal Rumble Match Contenders:

Pick One: Charlotte Flair - Charlotte is a two time Rumble winner, she won it last year, she will always be in the mix to win it again. 

Pick Two: Roxanne Perez - Last year's "iron woman" the former NXT Women's Champion will look to win it this time around and if she doesn't? she is our favourite to win the Money In The Bank.

Pick Three: Bianca Belair - The EST of the WWE has been off TV since suffering an injury, she is one of our favourites to win if she returns this Saturday.   

Pick Four: Liv Morgan - Another favourite of ours to win is Liv Morgan, she is a two time runner up and will want to make it third time lucky. 

The Men's Royal Rumble Match Contenders:

Pick One: Seth Rollins - Even though Seth is currently injured, you can never count him out as a Rumble entrant. he will try to go after The Vision and redesign, rebuild and reclaim the title. 

Pick Two: Sami Zayn - Sami is challenging Drew McIntyre for the WWE Championship, if that specific match is the first one of the night? don't be surprised if he is a "surprise" entrant and wins the Rumble match in the main event considering they are in Saudi.  

Pick Three: Bron Breakker - Bron was defeated by CM Punk at the beginning of this year on Momday Night RAW, winning this year's Rumble will be a great pathway for him to capture the World Heavyweight Championship at WrestleMania. 

Pick Four: Roman Reigns - The OTC will look to thwart Bron Breakker's hopes of winning, Roman's last Rumble victory was in 2015, he will want to add another Rumble win to the list of his incredible achievements throughout his storied career in WWE.

Let's Talk About | Saturday Night's Main Event | AJ Styles To Be All Elite Soon ? | An Obvious Number One Contender For The WWE Championship Is Now Official

We are back once again with another conversation, this one is about the Pre Royal Rumble edition of Saturday Night's Main Event. Let's Talk About It. Shout out to Trick Williams every time.

The Cody Rhodes vs Jacob Fatu match ended abruptly thanks to the WWE Champion: Drew McIntyre. Drew has been accused of attacking Jacob backstage a few weeks ago, the Samoan Werewolf might need to question the whereabouts of Randy Orton that night as well.

Rhea Ripley and Iyo Sky remain the Women's Tag Team Champions, defeating Liv Morgan and Roxanne Perez of the Judgment Day. Kiana James and the Women's United States Champion: Giulia are the next challengers for the Tag Gold.

AJ Styles was victorious against Shinsuke Nakamura, he will be leaving the WWE soon, we think he is going to "shock" the wrestling world and join All Elite Wrestling, now that would be....Phenomenal.

Sami Zayn is the number one contender for the WWE Championship at the Royal Rumble, as expected, he won the Fatal Four that included Trick Williams, Randy Orton & Damian Priest.

Let's Talk About | NXT & The "Main Roster"

Before we begin, we want to congratulate Drew McIntyre for finally winning the WWE Championship from Cody Rhodes this past Friday Night on SmackDown in Berlin, it's well deserved.

Switching gears now....

The NXT & The "Main Roster" conversation has been brewing for a while, ever since the Keith Lee days, it was night and day in terms of creative and booking for him, Keith's character went from being a true force on NXT Black and Gold and a double champion to being treated as an absolute joke on Monday Night RAW, other names such as Shinsuke Nakamura, Karrion Kross & Scarlett. Johnny Gargano & Tommaso Ciampa (DIY) have suffered the same fate in terms of bad creativity and booking.

It's because of this, there is always a fear that history is going to unfortunately repeat itself for amazing wrestlers like Giulia for example, because the crowd doesn't react to her on SmackDown at all like they did on NXT, hopefully that will change quickly, we are also hopeful she has a great and memorable run with the United States Championship and enjoys more success in WWE for many years to come. 

Carmelo Hayes was looking like he was going to follow the same path as Giulia, however, he has changed that in his favor, shout out to HIM.

We will close out this conversation by wishing ALL of the NXT talent that are currently on the "Main Roster" and those that are going to be, all the very best, we are rooting for every wrestler on every brand. One hundred percent.

Let's Talk About | NXT New Years Evil 2026 | Is Oba Femi Going To Cost Drew McIntyre The WWE Championship Tomorrow On SmackDown?

NXT New Years Evil 2026 took place this past Tuesday from the WWE Performance Center in Orlando, it definitely was an interesting two hours of television so let's talk about it, shout out to SmackDown's newest signing, Trick Williams.

Thea Hail was due to wrestle Blake Monroe in the opening contest, however, Blake had other ideas and attacked the NXT Women's North American Champion, Blake was banned from the arena by Ava, this could be the last time we see Blake here on NXT as she has been rumoured to go to RAW or SmackDown.

Tatum Paxley got some revenge by picking up a win against her former friend, Izzi Dame.

Jacy Jayne's run as NXT Women's Champion continues, she has now added the Evolve Women's Champion Kendal Grey to the list of opponents she has defeated during her two reigns. 

Thea Hail's decision to put the NXT Women's North American Championship on the line in an open challenge came back to haunt her because Izzi Dame answered the challenge and won the title. Congratulations to Izzi for this achievement, it's Dame Time on NXT.  

Oba Femi successfully defended the NXT Championship against TNA X-Division Champion Leon Slater, we almost saw a new champion but Oba kicked out at two point nine nine seconds, this was a great effort from Leon. 

It looks like The Ruler of NXT has vacated the title because we saw a close up of the NXT Championship on the mat in the ring whilst his theme music was playing, that was a cool visual/scene, it also looks like he is on his way to the "main roster" we could see Oba on SmackDown tomorrow night/evening in Germany where he costs Drew the opportunity to win the WWE Championship from Cody as payback on Drew for him interfering in the Oba versus Cody match at the last Saturday Night's Main Event.

Let's Talk About | CM Punk vs Bron Breakker | World Heavyweight Championship Match | Rematch At WrestleMania?

This is the first conversation of 2026. Happy New Year to you, this episode of Monday Night RAW meets Stranger Things was headlined by CM Punk putting his World Heavyweight Championship on the line against The Vision's Bron Breakker in the main event, let's talk about it. (shout out to Trick Williams)

This was decent for a TV match, it's a shame there was a botch, it's wrestling, sh*t happens, moving on. Penta, Rey Mysterio and Dragon Lee going after Logan Paul, Bronson Reed and Austin Theory will probably set up a six man tag for next week.

Punk is still the Champion after he hit the Go To Sleep on Bron for the win, this loss for Bron means he is probably one of the favourites, if not THE favourite to win the Rumble at the end of this month in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia or the Elimination Chamber in Chicago in February. 

Before we close out, we want to shout out the production crew for the Stranger Things camera visuals, theme, stage, backstage and ringside presentation, the chapters for each segment and match were a nice feature as well.

Let's Talk About | Worlds End | Samoa Joe (c) vs Adam Page vs Swerve Strickland vs MJF | AEW Championship Match | The Possible Main Event At All In: London 2026

2025 has been a mixed bag kind of year in the world of professional wrestling, due to lack of creative and original story (some good, bad and ugly) all of the wrestlers in their respective companies have done great with the ideas they were given by their respective creative teams.

We sincerely apologise for the lack of content from us in recent weeks, we wanted to close out this year on a good note with this conversation.  

The addition of the returning Maxwell Jacob Friedman: MJF, who "cashed in" his opportunity to challenge for the AEW Championship on the December 17th episode of Dynamite, made this a must see match.

Fast forward to the main event of Worlds End, it must be said that the crowd was quiet and probably tired from watching thirteen matches, which is a totally valid excuse.

Word to Jim Ross, business picked up when The Opps got involved, their plan backfired to help Samoa Joe when MJF hit the "heat seeker" on Joe to win the AEW title once again, as predicted. 

In regards to who MJF will lose the title to? we predict it will probably be to The Bruv: Will Ospreay, on Saturday August 30th at All In at Wembley Stadium.
